For now? There is no move I could make that does not require more information than what we have access to presently. However — I have asked Newton to pursue the possibility of a device that can disarm the collars prisoners are fitted with.
If that is fruitful, I believe we should look at liberating the camps. That being said, it will require logistical coordination and likely the support of the Fables and their sympathizers. It follows that such proximity to the movers and shakers of this world may lead us to the orb.
